This 60 Telecaster Super Relic is part of the Master Vintage Players Series (MVP) Limited Edition run, Masterbuilt by John Cruz in the Fender Custom Shop!!! This special instrument is custom designed to offer the Ultimate in Tone, Playability and Feel.

This particular guitar is built to modified early 60s Tele specs and has a very special hand-dirstressed, Heavy Relic finish package to replicate decades of road worn wear and tear! It's pretty much the best sounding, feeling, playing Tele you could ever hold. The tone is incredible thanks to a pair of Hand-Wound Custom Shop pickups- Twisted Tele in the neck for a more clear, bell-like neck pickup tone (almost Strat-like) and a Texas Special in the Bridge to add a little beef where it's needed. The combination could not be more perfect.

The Fender Custom Shop Master Vintage Player Series Strats and Teles may look and feel like actual vintage guitars, but they play like a dream. Easier chording, faster leads and no fretting out when you go for the big bends thanks to the 1&11/16" nut width, flatter 9.5" fingerboard radius and 6105 fret wire. Adjustments are a breeze too! The Truss Rod is accessible from the headstock, so you no longer have to remove the neck for a tweak. These guitars also have an ultra-comfy, Custom Mid 60's C neck profile. At .850" - .950" it's a handful, but not obnoxious. Perfectly shaped to fit in any size hands.

John Cruz Master Built electric guitars are coveted for the incredible tone, playability and realistic vintage appearance. If you have been looking for a John Cruz Tele, don't miss this fantastic opportunity.

Features of the Fender Custom Shop John Cruz Masterbuilt 1960's Telecaster Heavy Relic

Lightweight 2pc Alder body

Quartersawn Maple neck

Dark Rosewood fingerboard

Custom Mid 60's C neck profile (.850" - .950")

1 11/16" nut

9.5" radius

6105 frets

Truss rod adjustment at the headstock

Custom Shop Hand-Wound Twisted Tele pickup (neck)

Custom Shop Hand-Wound Texas Special pickup (bridge)

3-way Switch

Master Volume control

Master Tone control

Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish

Tweed Hardshell case with Certificate of Authenticity and Accessory package

Part Number 9211001066

7.2 lbs

https://www.truetonemusic.mom/products/pre-owned-16-fender-custom-shop-mvp-series-1960-telecaster-relic-masterbuilt-john-cruz-shoreline-gold
