Their arrival in the early '90s brought a revolutionary sound blending heavy tones, punk-inspired energy, and catchy melodies, capturing the hearts of millions and solidifying grunge and alternative rock as a legitimate mainstream genre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKurt has been known for playing various Fender guitars, but his Fender Jaguar® and Mustang® are the most famous for being used on the \"Nevermind\" tour and \"Smells Like Teen Spirit\" music video. In 1993, with the assistance of the Fender Custom Shop, Kurt created the Jag-Stang® by combining his favorite features from both instruments.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn honor of Nirvana's \"Nevermind\" reaching its 30th anniversary, this Jag-Stang retains all the features that made it Kurt's preferred instrument. Its alder body produces a powerful, punchy sound tailor-made for heavy chords, while the 24\" short-scale length decreases string tension for effortless playing. The 7.25\" radius rosewood fingerboard and maple neck provide a comfortable, fatigue-free grip for chord playing. With vintage-style single-coil and custom humbucking pickups, this guitar can easily replicate Kurt's iconic tones.
