East Indian rosewood (back & sides) and spruce (top) work with scalloped bracing to produce a tone that's big, balanced and ideal for studio recordings. Enclosed gear tuners and a modified low oval neck with narrow taper offer superb playability. It's extremely resonant, with a full, balanced projection that covers the full tonal spectrum.

We just took this one in, which appears to have been barely played in the last few years since it was originally bought. The previous owner bought it directly from Martin (he worked at a dealer that has since closed) as a gift for his dad, who is more of an electric player. Now, realizing it wasn't getting the usage it deserves, he's decided to part with it. So, if you're in the market for a great deal on an M-36, you've found it!

The guitar is in excellent condition, and has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop. The original hardshell case is included. We don't see many (if any) previously owned M-36's coming through here and don't expect this to last long.

Body Size: M-14 Fret (0000-14 Fret)

Finish Top: Gloss

Construction: Dovetail Neck Joint

Top Material: Spruce

Back and Side Finish: Gloss

Back &
