Start with the power plant. This 50-watt firebreather comes equipped with two EL34 tubes ("valves," as the Orange folks call them). These tubes are capable of producing pristine clean tones, and they give the Rockerverb 50 MkII a nice, tight growl at high-volume settings. They're perfect for this amp. Of course, if you like to experiment with tones, you can swap them with 6L6, 6550, KT88, or 5881 power tubes. It's your dream amp, only better!

Such an outstanding head deserves a cabinet to match; that's why the Union Jack Rockerverb 50/PPC212C Set includes a genuine Orange PPC 212 speaker cab. This 2 x 12" closed-back enclosure gives you amazingly big, beefy sound plus a distinctive look that's perfect for all kinds of stage setups. Whether you're rocking the house or laying down tracks, you'll appreciate the full sound you get from the 2 x 12" configuration. The PPC 212 comes loaded with two premium 12" Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, and it can handle up to 120 watts of power. Like the Rockerverb head, this cab is decked out in Union Jack graphics.

Orange Union Jack Rockerverb 50/PPC212C Set Tube Head/2 x 12" Cabinet Features:

Rockerverb 50 MkII 50-watt Tube Amplifier Head:

50 watts

Tube-powered reverb

Transparent effects loop

Preamp: 4 x ECC83 tubes

Power amp: 2 x EL34 tubes (can also accept 6L6, 6550, KT88, or 5881 power tubes)

Reverb and effects loop: 2 x ECC81

Volume/treble/middle/bass controls on both Clean and Dirty channels

Gain control

Reverb control

Speaker jacks: 1 x 16 ohms, 2 x 8 ohms

Orange PPC 212 Closed-back Extension Cabinet :

2 x 12" cabinet

Closed-back design

2 x 12" Celestion Vintage 30 speakers

Heavy-duty construction

16 ohms

120W power handling
