Rich Mockingbird Acrylic.  Some of you out there may remember these from the turn of the century but if you don't (perhaps you weren't even born then), this is one to turn heads for sure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBuilt in 1999, it was part of the first run.  B.C. Rich cut the body out of solid acrylic, so you can see straight through the guitar to the wiring and pickup cavities inside.  They made several different colors.  This one is in Red Lucite, and its F9 serial puts it in that first 1999 run.  The body shape is classic Mockingbird, with the long upper horn and pointy lower bout, paired with a bolt-on maple neck and a rosewood fretboard with dot inlays.  Not only does it look cool, but it plays great, with a comfortable slim C neck profile (.780 - .910\") and a 1.69\" nut width.  It's topped by a matching Acrylic headstock.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOf course, it sounds powerful, with dual B.C.
