Modified from Schecter's well-known Model T line to better suit Anthony's preferences, the Michael Anthony Bass has a solid alder body, finished in a sleek Carbon Grey finish. It has a slightly slimmer maple/walnut multi-ply neck, which combined with the flat 12" radius on the rosewood fretboard, allows for fast action up and down the instrument.

The pickups in this bass are powerful, supplying superior low end thump with plenty of note definition. The bridge pickup on this bass was replaced; it's stead of the standard style jazz pickup, it has a different single coil put in there, which we found to be great sounding. It has a nice punch to it and helps to cut through the mix. The PJ configuration and combination of a volume, tone and 3-way switch provide great versatility. Yeah, you can play Runnin' with the Devil on it, and it will sound great, but you could also do much, much more!

We rarely see these come in, and were impressed with how well it plays. Even more so once plugged in! This is a killer bass and a great value, especially with the hardshell case included. It has been vetted and setup to play perfectly by the techs in our repair shop. Get it before it's gone.

Model Name: Michael Anthony Bass

Country of Origin: South Korea

Color: Carbon Grey (CBG)

Top Contour: Flat Top

Body Material: Alder

Binding: Creme 1-ply

Neck Material: Maple/Walnut Multi-ply

Neck Shape: Thin ‘C’

Thickness @ 1st Fret: .787” (20mm)

Thickness @ 12th Fret- .866” (22mm)

Fretboard: Rosewood

Frets: 21 X-Jumbo

Fretboard Radius: 12” (305mm)

Inlays: Creme Dots

Scale: 34” (863mm)

Nut: Graph Tech XL Black Tusq

Nut Width: 1.496”

Truss Rod: 2-Way Adjustable Rod w/ 5/32” (4mm) Allen Nut

Hardware Color: Black

Tuners: WSC KG400

Bridge: WSC THD4 Bass Bridge

Controls: Volume/Tone/3-Way Switch

Knobs: Metal Knurled w/ Set Screw

https://www.truetonemusic.mom/products/used-schecter-michael-anthony-signature-bass-carbon-grey-with-hardshell-case
